How to use:
Using the spooley end, brush the inner ½ of your brow hair upward and then brush the entire brows outward. Use the pencil to line the lower arch and fill in any sparse areas. Brush through the brows for a natural finish. For fuller brows, apply Contoured Brow Color in the matching shade.
