30-40 years.
WINEMAKING:
Soft pressing of grapes from
the oldest vines of our estate, looking to balance its own personality in taste and aroma
level, aged in the cellar for at least 36 months
and released with a minimum of expedition liqueur to retain all the virtues of wine and be off-dry enough to make it nice at any time.
TASTING:
Straw yellow, fine and delicate bubbles well integrated with slow detachment notes
of syrup and some memories of almonds.
Structured in the mouth with good persistence
and a good final memory.
