SammyDoo Extenders are for the pets that are longer and rounders then other pets. The extenders will join with the suspenders and the side strap to increase the SammyDoo Size. The panel will join with the side flap with velcro. If you purchased (example: the Small SammyDoo Pet Diaper Wrap and it is still too tight on your pet, then the extender you would purchase is a Small in the same color as the wrap. We have all sizes and color as the SammyDoo Pet Diaper Wrap. Blue, Black, Red, and Pink. Sizes for the Extenders are X-Small, Small,Medium, Large, and X-Large.
