This warranty is claimed when presenting of the warranty card. This card is on the reverse of the items box or blister pack, the details of contact and pertaining information is printed. 

Purchase and Return Policy:

1. Once you have successfully ordered the item, an auto-response reply will be sent to your e-mail address.

2. Please proceed to make payment before we begin delivery. Allow 24-hour business working hours for the processing of your orders and the preparation of the package for delvery.

3. We will reserve the right to cancel any orders if payments are not made within the following 5 working days due to inventory control management system.

4. Finally allow 1-2 working days for our courier provider, Poslaju to deliver the package to the stated address.

5. All products have been carefully inspected by us prior to shipping to ensure only quality products and correct quantities are delivered.

6. If product does not meet satisfaction, or if defects are found, please email us. We will provide you with a simple guide on claiming the product warranty.
