Return Policy

• Within 14 days from receipt of your item we accept defective item return. After 14 days, we will provide parts, replacement or repair service.
• Postage and handling fee is not refundable for non faulty item.
• If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from total refund amount.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-faulty item.
• Return must be received in new condition with original packaging.
• Non faulty return must be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Because our product lines are varies, we supply different warranty for each kind of product. Please check the warranty on our eBay page or contact us. For some special products, we will indicate the detailed warranty duration under the item specification section.
• The warranty is not available where damage to the product is caused by reason other than manufacturer's defects, for example, damage during delivery, misuse, improper installation, faulty operation, wear & tear, damage to accessories or when product has been modified, repaired other than by us.
