How to Use?
Step 1
Pull on black plastic label to light up LED lights

Step 2
Place LED light bulb into latex balloons


Step 3
Inflate latex balloons SLOWLY
May inflate balloons with normal air or helium gas.

Normal Air
Balloon will NOT float, best to place on the floor, bed or chair. Balloon will stay inflated 10-16 hours while LED light bulb will last between 15-24 hours.

Helium Gas
Balloon will float in the air. Estimated floating time for LED light balloons are 3 to 6 hours only as heat emitted by LED lights will lessen floating time of balloons. LED light bulb will last between 15-24 hours.
