- Please ensure that your order and mailing address is correct before making payment. We will not be responsible for any wrong order or incorrect address. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges under such circumstances. If the parcel is returned to us.
- We recommend register mail as we will not hold responsible for any loss of parcel via normal mail.
- Shipment Time: We will need 1-2 working days to process the order. We will try our best to send out customer’s order on the next working day.
- Shipping Time: Normal Mail 4 - 6 working days (That is not included saturday, sunday & public holidays) according to Singpost however due to festive season it will take a longer time than usual so please be patient. There won't be any tracking number for normal mail. There might be a chance of mail loss according to Singpost so for safety reasons please select register mail.
- Shipping Time: Register Mail 3 - 4 working days (That is not included saturday, sunday & public holidays) according to Qxpress with tracking number provided.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept exchange of bags if we send the wrong item.
- In case, you found a defect on the item that you have purchased. We will exchange over 7 days upon receiving item and please contact us or email us immediately.
