These all natural snacks are terrific anytime of the day or night and perfect for when you just needs a little something... Our mini cookies are also ideal for making special desserts! You'll never guess they are wheat-free and gluten-free!

Suggested Use

Ginger Crust

1 bag Pamela's Ginger Snapz and 3 tbsp Butter (melted)

Crush cookies into crumbs in a plastic bag with rolling pin or in food processor. Mix with melted butter and press into ungreased pie pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes at 350 cool for use with your favorite cheese cake recipe.

Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches

Place dollops of softened ice cream between two cookies and press together. Refreeze before eating.
