We passionately search out unique varieties of sustainably farmed potatoes in the fertile South American growing region of Ecuador. Our potatoes are grown an harvested at altitudes of up to 11,400 feet. We then produce our artisanal potato chips at high altitude to minimize cooking times and obtain delicious crispy chips that bring you a fascinating natural and full-flavored snacking experience. Kiwi comes form 'qiwi', which means 'green' in Quechua, the indigenous language of the Andes mountain-range in South America.
