Transition
Your pet may have been prescribed Renal MP Modified Canine canned by your veterinarian. That diet is being discontinued and replaced by Renal Support-E Canine canned. Some pets may need help in switching to an updated pet food formula. To make the transition easy on your pet*s digestive system, mix their current Prescription Renal canned with the new Renal Support canned. Over 7-10 days, gradually decrease the amount of the current Prescription Renal canned while increasing the amount of Renal Support canned. For some pets, the transition may take slightly longer.
