Kelosil Silicone Scar Gel each new aluminium-laminate tube contains of Polysiloxane compound with moisturizer.

When apply Silicone Gel on the raised scar, the silicone gel will form an utra thin layer over the scar, and protect the scar from loss of humidity while oxygen still can ventilate into the scar.

It increases hydration of stratum corneum and thereby facilitates regulation of fibroblast production and reduction in collagen production.

How to use Keolsil ?

Kelosil is a quick drying silicone gel containing of DCPX complex. The gel will completely dries in few minutes.

Apply twice a day. (morning and evening) continuously use for 60 to 90 days.

Please follow these steps:

Kelosil must be applied on dry and clean skin. Ensure that the wound has completely sealed before applying. Thus, uses Kelosil on the scar estimately 2 weeks after the wound occurred.

1. Cleans the scar area with mind soap and water. Then pats dry the skin after cleansing.

2. Squeezes Kelosil for placing a green bean size amount of gel on a fingertip and apply on the scar area. Then spread out the gel over the whole affected area until the gel is smoothly spreaded.

3. Gentlely massages the gel on the affected area until it completely dries, it will take about 1-2 minutes. When it already dries, the silicone layer can be covered with cosmetics or sunscreen.

If it is not yet dry within 2 minutes, it means that you apply too much gel on the scar. Wipe the excess gel out and massage until it dries again.
