Originally, I used the SPF 30 version, but now I'm living in the south and decided that SPF 50 might be a better choice. I like that this sunscreen applies easily and does not leave the skin sticky. I notice that Banana Boat seems to have come out with a "new" version of this product with some sort of "cooling" feature.
