Product Description

We make the current cutting shape for the iPhone 6 plus with shorter height and width in order to avoid the screen protector from peeling off issue since their screen edge are curved around. As the PET material and Glass material are based of harder substrate materials which are not flexible to the curved edge. Considering to the peel off or bubble issue, we decided to make their screen protector size as large as much while not interfere with the curved edge of their screen.
For the home button cutting/top speaker cutting, we make both of them to be U shape as they are also placed too close to the curved edge, a perfect cutting(rounded home button die-cut) is not allowed as production processing(punching) limited, and the bridge is too narrow and not good for make a round die-cutting at this way.
Also, we make the top speaker to an U shape instead of a perfect one that''s because we realize on top of the speaker there''re sensors(light sensor, proximity sensor) which are placed between the flat screen edge and the curved edge. If we make a special cutting to each of them, then their cutting holes are not fully cover them since half of them have gone to the curved edge. On the other hand, we have to leave them open instead of covered as we want to make sure after covering with screen protector, these sensors'' functionality will not affected at all.
