SIZE CHART

This belt has 7 grommets. Mentioned size is from 3. to 5. grommet. For example, Large (36"-38") is 36 inches long on the 3. grommet and 38 inches long on the 5. grommet. If your waist circumference is between 2 sizes, we recommend longer size. You can easily shorten the belt. Instructions are enclosed.
