Heart rate monitor

Heart rate measurement is divided into two modes:

1, Switch to Heart Rate mode, press and hold the touch key for 3 seconds, then start measuring heart rate.

Heart rate will be displayed about 7 seconds later.

Note: The data measured by the above method is not synchronized with the application.

2, Open "8sports", click heart rate Mac on the homepage screen, the heart rate starts to be measured automatically (1, operation is unnecessary).

As soon as data comes out, the clock vibrates, it is also displayed in the application, and it is recorded.

In addition, you can set the maximum and minimum heart rate alarm sections by clicking on the setting MAC in the upper right.

This smart bracelet can measure heart rate in real time.

Therefore, your heart rate will change depending on the customer's condition (during conversation, during meals, alcohol drinking etc.).

Actual heart rate values ​​will vary depending on the actual situation.

To exit this mode please exit the application, or long press the indoor exercise mode button.

Other features:

Also, after setting the sleeping time with the application, the watch can automatically test the sleep data during the sleep period.

Camera remote control: You can take pictures by tapping the screen in remote camera mode.

About charging method: Please charge the bracelet before using it.

Step 1. Pull out from both ends of the main unit and remove the strap.
