If you are searching for a beautiful necklace that will be a very special gift for someone who is a mother, this is it! I bought this online for my daughter in law who is the mother to my 5 month old grandson. It was a Christmas gift and I wanted to get her something really special that would show her how we feel about her, not only as being the wonderful daughter in law that she is, but to also say to her how we feel about her as being a great mother to our grandson. She was so touched by this gift that she cried when she saw it. I can't express to you how beautiful this necklace really is, and the one picture on here does NOT come close to doing it justice! And no, I'm not getting anything in exchange for this review, nor am I related to it's creator, lol! I am just a very satisfied customer! When I received this in the mail from Walmart (which by the way arrived sooner than expected) I could not stop taking it back out to look at before wrapping it! It was soooo gorgeous! It also has these lovely designs on the sides of the pendant that you don't see on the website picture, which adds even more beauty to it! I must admit to you that before I received this necklace, I was worried that the chain wouldn't be long enough and would be one of those really cheap chains that are easily broken, considering what I paid for it, but it was NOT. The chain is very nice and substantial. When I was searching for the most perfect necklace I could find for her (and I'm sure I probably looked at every pendant that Walmart sells!) I finally narrowed my search down to this one and 2 other similar "mother and child" pendants, and since I made my choice, I am SO glad that I chose this one!
