Step 1: Take the old filter cartridge out of the slot.

Step 2: Discard the bag. Then shake the filter cartridge for 10 seconds.

Step 3: Soak the filter cartridge in the tap water for 15 minutes(39.2°F~122°F) and shake it to get rid of bubbles.

Step 4: Insert the filter cartridge tightly into the slot in the buffer tank that secures the filter cartridge.

Step 5: Make sure the filter cartridge is seated firmly in the buffer tank.
