- Items will be shipped out within 2-3 Working days after ordering.
- Usual Shipping period:
1) SingPost Registered Mail (Within Singapore): 3 to 5 working days, comes with tracking number to track your parcel.
2)Qxpress: 1 to 3 working days (Within Singapore), comes with tracking number to track your parcel. However, as we do not operate Qxpress, lost or damaged goods will be referred back to the shipping company.
3) Please ensure that the address you provided on Qoo10 is accurate, we will not entertain change in address via 'Memo to Seller'.

Refund/ Exchange / Return
- All goods sold are final and non-refundable but are exchangeable (only if damaged) with any items of the same value or less. Kindly provide the photo of the damaged item and send to us at our email for consideration. Packaging damage (Gift box, plastic container, etc) is not covered under the exchange policy.
- Items of higher value will require top-up via Bank Transfer.
- Buyer will shipped back damaged goods upon request of the seller. Return postage fees will be borne by the buyer while re-delivery postage fees will be borne by the seller, to be fair to both parties.
- We don't accept the cases below:
1) over 7days from receiving item
2) if items are open/used or damaged
3) sending item without prior contact.
