Nature’s Glory Rock Salt


Nature’s Glory Rock Salt are harvested from dried primal seas of the Himalayas. Slow evaporation under the sun seals many vital minerals and trace elements into this salt. It is then ground and packed without the use of bleaching, anti-caking agents or chemicals.

Compared with table salt, it is rich and lower in sodium, making it an excellent choice for use in any kitchen or menu to enhance value food. They are also traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for bathing to improve skin conditons and relax the whole body. (Use 1kg of this salt in 100 litres of water - this concentration corresponds closely to the internal body fluids). Salt water steam inhalation also helps soothe nasal passages and promotes well being. (Dissolve 2 tablespoons in 2 litres of hot water and inhale hot steam for 10 to 15 minutes).
