*How to insert the connector into phone properly:
-First you need to insert the connector into the phone until there is no gap between phone & connector (see photo below)
-You need to use some force to push the connector into the phone, the tight fit of connector was designed to securely attached to the phone and resist the pull force when the cable is detached.
