The straps literally don't lock together at all. I had to rig the string through the holes in straps an tie to the crib. Onto my next complaint. This has several settings. The projector goes through different images only when the front is in as well. When you put it only on projector, it freezes on one image and flashes the image. I expected when i had it on only projection setting, that it would still go through different images. The next thing is, whenever you fully turn it off, the volume goes back to tester mode.
