The incline slant board comes in 4 adjustable angles – Easy, Moderate, Advance, Difficult.
Start from the lowest tier (Easy), and stand on the board for about a couple of minutes each time.
While this slant board can be used as a stand-alone item, placing the lower end of the it against a wall help provides support for your body as you do the stretch, reducing the amount of weight and pressure placed on your calf muscles as they stretch.
When you become more familiar with the slant board and your flexibility improves, increase the angle of the board and move it away from the wall.
