Rails can be raised or lowered without removing the bed rail pad. Pad is secured to rail with hook-and-loop closures. Accommodates both half and full size bed rails. Sold in pairs. 11"H x 1" thick. Durable wipe-clean vinyl. Meets CAL 117 standard.
