I followed the instructions and took the products exactly as described and within the first few weeks I noticed an increase in my strength as well as endurance. The pumps I would get during my training were also amazing even at the start of my workout. Over the last two and a half months I have noticed an increase in lean muscle which to me is incredible. Yes (5) No (7)Flag as Inappropriate Plain and simple. It works. Well.Ok so I was given a sample of this stack to try out as part of the field test team. Unreal stuff. I've been using this for just about a month now and the results (for me) have been unbelievable. I'm up 3lbs, not a lot to some but when you've been working out hard for 10+ years with a well tailored diet,that's extremely pleasing. As well as size, the strength came in numbers too. Lifts that I've been stalling on for a while are now starting to move up in weight. Again, awesome. Workouts are getting to be fun again. I will absolutely keep taking this. Was this review helpful?
