Directions
Bring 3 cups of salted water or stock to a boil. Add 1 cup Vitacost® Ancient Grain Blend, return to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until grain is stirring occasionally, until grain is tender, 70-75 minutes. Season to taste. Serves 4.
