The Pork Chop $5.20 consisted of 1 pieces of big chicken chop served with baked beans, slices of cucumber and tomato, and fries.
We pan fried the chicken chop without any oil, it was more healthy and delicious. After the chicken chop cooked, the special sauce was added on top of the chicken chop. This special sauce is what made it stand out among other western stalls. It is no surprise that the recipe for this sauce remains a secret. The exterior of the chicken chop had a slight hint of smokey aroma, not tough and was well marinated.
