Terms and Conditions
1. Only Singapore citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years are eligible to enter the contest, subject to the condition indicated under item 2 below. Employees of GSK group companies and Qoo10 and its group companies and their immediate family members and anyone otherwise connected with the referred entities or judging of the contest are not eligible to participate in the contest.
2. The persons who purchase any of the Physiogel Daily Defence portfolio products via the listing page of Qoo10 will be eligible to enter into this contest.
3. In order to enter into the contest, the participants, who purchased any of the Physiogel Daily Defence product via the listing page of Qoo10, may go back to the same page and upload a video review of the purchased Physiogel Daily Defence portfolio product. The text reviews for the products are also welcome however only video reviews will be considered for this contest.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Closing date for entry will be 30 November 2016. After this date the no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. GSK reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by through the event page.
8. The prize is a desk purifier. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable or exchangable for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. Three winners will be chosen by GSK, on the basis of originality and creativity to be decided upon the discretion of GSK. The decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be announced on 3 December 2016 via the event page. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. GSK is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied by any entrant. GSK does not assume responsibility for (a) any errors in the contact details provided; and (b) any injuries, losses or damages you may have suppered in the course of the use of the prize.
12. By entering this contest, you consent to GSK and/or its authorized agent(s) to use, collect, store or distribute such information solely for the purpose of carrying out of this contest.
13. By entering this contest, the entrant agrees to have his/her name and image used by GSK and/or its authorized agent(s) as well as their video created for the contest entry in any publicity material.The entrant(s) hereby grant GSK with an irrevocable license to use the submitted video for any promotional purposes and waive any rights arising thereof.
14. By participating in this contest, the entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Singapore law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
