mah mah shop will not be responsible for any lost items/parcel

during the process of delivery if Registered Mail is not chosen by the buyer~

However, we will keep a copy of (COP) Certificate of Posting

for every single order posted out via Singpost Normal Mail

to certify that we have sent out the items to our buyers.

Pls note that COP does not comes with any tracking number,

thus we will not be able to track if the parcel has any delay/missing.

Items will be mailed out within 48 hours upon receiving yr order,

hence pls understand if you fail to receive yr parcel in time,

it is due to the delivery which is beyond our control as Singpost Normal Mail does not comes with tracking number,

so for buyers who opted for Singpost Normal Mail, do take note that the delivery leadtime is 1-3 weeks.
