Always Shampoo first with Biotene H-24 Natural Shampoo Phase I, as these products have been formulated to work as a complete hair maintenance program. Massage small amount of Conditioner through your hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse. Follow with Biotene H-24 Scalp Emulsion Phase III.

Since my hair is very fine its a difficult task as most products are "too heavy" and it looks like I havent washed it at all. The Mill Creek set of shampoo, condition and scalp emultion makes my hair feel silky soft without weighing it down and I actually believe it even looks fuller. Go figure! A product that works!
