As we promised, if there is any damage or destroy when receiving your items, we will do resend a new one or refund as you like. But before that, we need you to cooperate with us to take photos when you receive it then provide us the evidence. We greatly appreciate your kind understanding.

For local pickups: 


 

Local pickup location available at Parklane Shopping Centre only. 

 

 

For Postal Services: 

 

  1. Delivery by Normal Post is SGD0.50 per piece.
  2. Delivery by Registered post is SGD 3.50 per piece. 
  3. For overseas buyers, please email us your shipping details and we will calculate the shipping charges accordingly.  
  4. As seller is not responsible for items lost during transit, we strongly encourage the use of EMS services as Buyers would be able to track and trace their shipment.   

 

No Refund Policy

No refund will be given upon purchase of the items. Damaged items exchange possible.
