Live Oyster harvested in Singapore. Difference between Eastern singapore Oyster and Northern Singapore Rock oyster. The Meats is darker in color. Meat is fuller and better texture. Texture equivalent to Scallop’s egg or Mackerel (batang) Fish Egg.

We have eaten them live on multiple occasion but we don’t recommended to consume them live. Best to bake them with cheese.
