Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

1. International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes, brokerage fees and/or charges from your local government agency which are the responsibility of the Buyer and are collected at the time of delivery. Your charge from us includes the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping

2. Any additional charges for customs clearance, brokerage fees and/or charges from your local government agency must be paid by buyers. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

3. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or local UPS or DHL brokerage office if you need additional information.

4. We assist our buyers to declare their purchase at lower price in the commercial invoice and as personal use / gift to minimize the chances of being imposed import tax and duties or any brokerage fees.
Shipping

1. We ship via UPS or DHL Express and offer expedited shipping. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Orders usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment except public holidays of Malaysia (GMT+8) and weekends.

2. Shipping Multiple Items :
We offer significant discounts for multiple purchases. Please wait until all your purchases are completed before paying or you will not enjoy the discount. To take advantage of our combined shipping rates, please finish shopping first, then complete the checkout process.

3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS :
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and/or charges from your local government agency which are collected at the time of delivery to your destination address. We strongly encourage you to check with your local custom authorities regarding Duties & Taxes in your country before bidding or purchasing an item. Buyers are fully responsible for import tax and duties in their own country.
Returns

1. We strive to satisfy our customers and stand behind everything we sell!

2. Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns / exchanges / full refund of merchandise must take place within 14 days of receipt of product.

3. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc with a tracking code for inspection and processing prior to refund. The product's original factory seal must be intact. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.

4. If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by us. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.

5. In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges unless the products has shipped back to us. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.
Payment

1. We accept the following forms of payment : PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

2. Payments must be received within 7 days of the auction's close or upon completion of sales.

4. Shortly after your purchase(s) is made, you will receive a Thank You email with a link to eBay checkout. To complete checkout and pay for your purchase, please use eBay's PAY NOW button and you will be directed through eBay's secure checkout system where you can pay with Paypal, Visa/MC, American Express or Discover Card.

5. International customers :
For your protection and ours, please pay with PayPal. International orders paid via credit card will be sent a payment request with PayPal generated invoice.
