The CoreX Breakaway quick release system is an innovative, yet simple design that enables partner or self-release. The release mechanism is a CoreX aluminum slide buckle that is rated to 1,200 lbs. The kit can be attached to any harness or training belt
It works by tugging a strap that is connect to the slide buckle. Unlike other kits, there is no Velcro to fail or wear out, and ricochet is negligible/non existent, being limited to a lite weight (few grams) rounded edge slide buckle and straps.
