Product Description

The nonstick ceramic coating won't flake or peel like traditional non-stick and is free of both PFOA and PTFE. The adjustable temperature control dial allows for accurate temperature selection from 150-400 degrees F, for greater cooking versatility. The large, slide-out drip tray is dishwasher safe (top rack only) for quick and easy cleanup. And the temperature probe simply slides out for quick and easy storage when the griddle is not in use.
