For body consumption food, it good that you take the product at least for 3 mths as this is the cycle for the cells to go one complete round. 

After which, 1 month to maintain. Thereafter, i guess it can be adhoc basis. like alt days. twice a week. once a week or esp when your 'red days' are here. cos the collagen powder has calcium too! good to prevent/helps in reducing menstrual cramps. =) 

 

As everyone body and age is different, effect will differ too.

This will also depends on how you look after you skin and many other factors involve i guess. 

 

Eg:

 

If im young and and therefore have young skin, I'll take the product to maintain the look. 

For very obvious effect, it may have to be 10 years down the road where my peers all look old, i'll still look young?!

But definitely, small effects/improvements can be found on different individual..

 

Whereas, for the older ladies who are currently taking, within shorter periods, they may feel a more obvious effect. =)

This may be due to an improvement / increase of nutrients in the body.

 

Therefore, in my opinion, for young ladies, it helps to maintain.

Whereas for older ladies, it will help to improve. =)

 

As for me, i dunno why, i feel that my lower eyelash grew longer?!! -__-

And i like this brand compared to rest in the market cos it has calcium, vit c and digestive thingy. 

So while it take cares of my face, it also take care of the other parts of the body! =D
