For transmission observation, place a main body on the camera for self-portrait,
please leave the attached petri dish on it.
By observing what you want to observe in a petri dish,
you can observe microscopes and take pictures.
For the reflection observation, use the attached clip and fix the main body
to the camera on the opposite side.

If you leave the body as it is to the subject, you can observe the microscope and take a picture.
