Suggested Use
For Immune Support: Take 30 min. before meals or one + hours after meals. Start with 30 drops once a day. Increase gradually to 4 servings a day. Then gradually increase to 60 drops per serving and for up to 3 months or as directed by physician.
For healthy blood pressure: Take 30 drops in water before bed.
