【How long will I get ticket】
Usually,we send e-ticket to your e-mail in 12-24 Hrs after payment confirmed by qoo10.
Recommend purchase the tickets 1 days in advance, we are not issue same day of visit, so please avoid last minute purchase.
【How to Use】
- You can present either a printed or mobile voucher for regular admission
- You must meet the tour guide at one of the meeting points. As this is a group tour, no individual tickets will be arranged to give out at Ocean Park.
- Voucher is valid only on the date specified
- You must redeem this voucher for your entry ticket
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the pick up time

- Child ticket: Age 3-11
- Infant: Age 0-2 (Each infant can enter park for free and will have a seat on coach, but no meal coupon will be issued)

【Cancelation Policy】
- Once confirmed, no cancelations may be made
- No refunds or rescheduling will be made for no-shows or late arrivals or if you fail to meet the group on time
- HKD 30 rescheduling surcharge per guest (per date) must be paid in cash to the tour guide. (Must be made 3 days prior to tour date)
- Tour will be canceled if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, Red or the Black Rainstorm Warning are issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting for a full refund
