ITINERARY

Day 1

0730 hrs (Singapore Time): Assemble at Harbour Front Centre, Counter #03-43, Sindo Ferry Pte Ltd (Penguin Ferries).
0830 hrs: Depart by high speed ferry to Batam.

0830 hrs (Batam Time): Upon arriving at Sekupang International Ferry Terminal, you will be greeted by the tour guide and escorted to an awaiting air-conditioned bus before proceeding for the One Day Batam City & Shopping Tour, en route, you will visit:

· Maha Vihara Duta Maitreya Temple

· Polo Outlet

· Indonesia Miniature Park

· CHENG HO MOSQUE

· Golden Bay City (GO KARTING, FLYING FOX, PAINTBALL, HIGH ELEMENT, SEASPORT, ETC)

· Bengkong Dry Market

· Bird Nest Shop

· Lunch will be serve at Golden Prawn 933 Seafood Restaurant

· Kueh Lapis Factory

· Pondok Wisata Cultural Show

· Lastly drop off at Batam Shopping Mall for some free and easy.

1700 hrs: At evening, assemble and transfer to check-in hotel.
1800 hrs: Free & easy (dinner by optional $18 per pax for Indonesian-style dinner, min 2 pax).

Day 2

0700 hrs: Morning breakfast at hotel.
0900 hrs: Free time at own leisure.
1200 hrs: Check out of hotel.
1230 hrs: Assemble and transfer to Sekupang Pier.
1300 hrs: Upon arriving at Sekupang Pier, collect your boarding pass and proceed to immigration / custom clearance and boarding.
1350 hrs: Depart by high speed ferry to Singapore.

The company cannot be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursement, or refund of any tour price if passenger is refused entry by any country on the tour for whatever reason, including lack of necessary visas/travel documents.
Customer strictly should join/follow/complete the tour programme, otherwise there is no refundable/reimbursement/exchangeable/redeem of any transport, meal, and all of the free items.
Ferry and room subject to availability (first-come-first serve basis)
NO refund or exchange can be made in respect of meal sightseeing tour and/or service that are include in the tour fare when not utilized by the customer
Customers who missed their ferry must pay a surcharge of $3 per pax (payable at Sindo Counter) for issuing of new boarding pass and a surcharge of $5 per pax for transportation (payable to guide upon arrival)
