For Self Collection: Everyday from 10am to 9pm

  

Processing time:

Order will be mailed out via SingPost or Qxpress within 1-3 working day after payment confirmed. (working days exclude weekends & public holiday)

Delivery method:

Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by SingPost or courier Qxpress.


Normal Mail:

Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly via Singpost. In the case of large parcel which may not fit into the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is undelivered (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail. Cert of Posting (to prove that item is mailed) will be provided if the item is not received after 14 working days upon request. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED thus Delivery with TRACKING is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days but minor cases delay up to 2 weeks (feedback by customers)

Normal mail there are risk of lost mail. so you agree and read the t&c.

Thus no refund will be provided if normal mail lost during delivery.

delivery with tracking (courier) or self collection is highly recommended.

 

Courier

Parcel will be delivered directly to your doorstep via Courier Qxpress. Tracking number is available. Delivery is around 2-5 working days.

All self collection customers must provide printed voucher.

If customer come to our shop and the payment is pending or processing with no voucher,
