Puzo leather belts are made of one-piece-quality leather and fitted with an antique-style buckle that is made of solid brass.The leather we use to produce our belts is full-grain buffalo harness leather that was finished with a chrome tanning method. The strength and durability of buffalo leather is legendary, it is flexible and resistant to damage. Full grain leather is the most genuine of all and retains the hide's original texture and markings. Puzo leather belts have standard dimensions. It's width is about 38mm, and it's thickness is about 3.6 to 4mm.
Buckles fitted on Puzo leather belts are made of solid brass and plated with copper or silver - depending on the belt model. The single prong buckles that we use to create good quality belts are manufactured by casting, not stamping. In some sense, it helps to make realistic antique style buckles. The length of the single-prong belt buckle is 2,5 inches and the width is 2 inches. The buckle is not removable and sewn securely in place.
The size of all Puzo leather belts indicates the measurement from the buckle to the middle hole of the belt. For a perfect fit, we recommend you order the belt in the same size as your waist size. Please, measure around your waist where you wear the belt. Finally, your new belt will fit comfortably in the middle or neighboring hole of the belt. If your size is out of stock, you should buy one size larger and punch one more hole in the belt.
