DESCRIPTION

This multi-ply wok by WMF combines beautiful form with high functionality, is generous in size and suitable for all cooktops. The construction features a 3-layer material in the body; outside chrome steel, aluminum in the middle to the edges, and inside cromargan stainless steel. This combination of materials, along with the deep and semi-circular form of the wok, allows the wok to heat rapidly, while uniformly distributing the heat from the bottom to the side walls. The wok-lid has a steam outlet, which serves as the searing splash guard. Perfect for healthy asian stir frys, this wok makes pulling a meal together quick and easy. Measures 14-1/2-inch in diameter.
