Add few drops of Peppermint oil in a spray bottle of distilled water to refresh the air or mist around the face to stay awake and alert while studying. For a cooling body lotion， add 6 drops of Peppermint to 1 oz. unscented body lotion. And don't forget your feet! Put 4 drops into a foot bath and soak. On a hot summer's day， add 3 drops in shampoo to feel the cooling effect while in shower.
