When will my order arrive?
We ship out on the SAME WORKING DAY if payment are received or cleared before 12noon, otherwise we will ship out on the NEXT WORKING DAYUnder normal circumstances, you get to receive your parcel within 2 business days (5 business days for East Malaysia) from the day we ship out your order.
For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.

Can I track the shipping?
Yes, the tracking number will be included in the shipping notification email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by POSLAJU.

Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.

What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 8 business days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
 
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.

The shipping fee charged only for one time shipment. BAGSTATION shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or customer (recipient not at the shipping address during the delivery attempt). If there is any unclaimed parcel / return parcel to BAGSTATION, and customer request to resend, customer should pay for the second redelivery charges.


Please do track your parcel online to make sure the item was delivered to you. Parcel will be returned to us if it was unclaimed after 14 days. Then we will have to charge for redelivery of the parcel to you.

14 days return or exchange policy
At Bagstation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We regret that refunds cannot be accommodated. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in its original new condition, UNUSED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED within 14 days from date of receipt for exchange (for item of equal or lesser value).

However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which no refund nor return will be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
 
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return or exchange procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at [email protected] within 14 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

  • Product to return or exchange:
  • Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve!):
Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged.

You will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us and also the redelivery charges for new exchange item. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.

Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email one[email protected] first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
