Our Birdie custom silver locket was inspired by an extraordinary woman. Big Bird was a bold, generous matriarch in the true sense of the word. Her arms were open, her opinions heard, her parties spectacular and her family adored. Our dear friend, Lawrie Firestone, lost her Mom last year after a short battle with cancer. We adored her large spirit and named this locket in Big Bird's memory. Her close knit family carries her with them every day and strives to live up to the long shadow she left behind. The center of the design fans out in filigree, just as she was the center of her family providing a beautiful platform for their lives to thrive. 10% of the proceeds of this keepsake locket are donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Locket measures 40 x 27mm. Includes Sterling Silver locket pendant with .03 diamond CTW. and sterling silver chain. Available in chain lengths from 18" to 36". Our 18" through 34" necklace chains come standard with a 2" jump ring which may be used to shorten the chain by 2" and allows two length options.
