Need protein to help me gain back 30-35 lbs. of it. Started Muscle Milk 1 mo. ago and gained 5, now up to 170. Product is great, no sugars/carbs to speak of - lots of additional nutrients. My therapist approves of its benefits. And both Vanilla & Choc taste terrific; not crazy about Strawberry. Was this review helpful?Yes (14)No (1)ReportBest tasting high quality protein drink3/18/2016Average rating:5out of5stars, based onreviews3/18/2016by MzWizThis is the Muscle Milk brand. It does not contain milk; which is good because I'm lactose intolerant. It comes in different amounts of protein contained in one shake. I buy both the 20 g shake and the 32 g shake. I like the vanilla best. I drink the 20 g if I am using it as a supplement to my daily diet. If I've been on the go and not eating very much, I will drink the 32 g version. Go to the health food aisle and get it there; It's less money than the ones stocked in the grocery aisle. The 20 g version is six dollars for 4 =$1.50 each. The 32 g version is eight dollars for 4=$2.00 each The better deal is the 32 g version = 12 more grams of protein for just $.50.Was this review helpful?Yes (13)No (2)ReportRead all reviews
