What the uses are:
(1) Injury and sprains. Bring this ice pack out and when you have a sprain, activate it (first time use) and hold over injury!
(2) For when you or your child has a fever!
(3) To keep breastmilk chilled.
(4) To keep food and drinks cool.

How to use:
Step 1: Press/punch the ice pack to activate it. It will start turning cold immediately and last for about 30-45 minutes depending on surrounding temperature.
Step 2: To reuse, freeze ice pack (15-20) min. The frozen ice pack will last for 45 minutes.
