Usage explanation
There is a lithium battery of 1600 mAh inside, so if you charge it with USB it is usable specification even without power supply.
Turn the ON / OFF switch clockwise from "OFF" to "NO" to light up, and the brightness changes from dark to light.
Turn the ON / OFF switch counterclockwise from "NOF" to "OFF", the brightness changes from light to dark, last turn off.
