Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep contains magnesium to help support healthy muscle function and the herb Hops, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve nervous tension and assist relaxation to encourage a restful sleep.
Active ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Hops (Humulus lupulus) extract equivalent dry fruit 500 mg
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate) extract equivalent dry flower & leaf 1.5 g
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) extract equivalent dry leaf 750 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate 324.88 mg) 52.50 mcg
No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, and artificial flavours.
Directions
Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
