Cooking Instructions: On Stove (For Single Serving): Bring 1 cup water and 1/8 tsp salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1/2 cup of Glutenfreeda Traditional Rolled Oats. Reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for two minutes then enjoy! Microwave: Bring 1 cup of water and 1/8 tsp salt (optional) to a boil. In large microwavable bowl combine 1/2 cup Glutenfreeda Traditional Rolled Oats and water. Cook at 50% for 5 minutes. Stir, let stand for 1 minute then enjoy! For creamier oatmeal. Add milk. For thicker oatmeal add less milk or water.Free OfGluten and GMO.
